John Mc Cormack is the founder of Rebate Financial Solutions Ltd and Rebate Insolvency Solutions Ltd. Qualified Financial Advisor and Personal Insolvency Practitioner with qualification in Debt management and Currently studying a Post Grad Dip in Law in the Law Society Blackhall. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Insolvency seemed like the right fit at the time, the business has gone from strength to strength, embracing new technology and developing new systems. In Irish Society Debt has become a major factor and the retaining of the family home, we aim to keep everyone we can in the family home and return them to a solvent position, we adopt a fair and independent approach but understand it can also require some handholding. People may not like coming to us, but feel great leaving us in all cases. Once we take on a case, it is a journey for the Debtor and time to catch their breath from the creditors and believe a solution is possible. Married to Michelle with three Boys and Pancake the dog, enjoys Golf, Walking, and socialising. John is a strong advocate for financial Literacy and is involved in youth Financial Literacy Business.
Elaine Conway

Accounts Manager
Elaine joined the company in November 2015 as our Accounts Manager. She is an ACCA qualified accountant. She has experience in both practice and industry and has a wide range of experience in accounts preparation, audit, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll and tax. Elaine works in our finance department and oversees all client accounts for each of our insolvency clients.
Thomas McCormack

Thomas McCormack got his honours BSc Econ form Aberystwyth and Post Graduate Diploma Hons for National College of Ireland. After his 26-year career in multiple military posts both at home and abroad serving as a leader and instructor he moved to a new challenge. Proficient in research and Microsoft excel allowed him to develop in his new role. His golf skills are renowned and he is known for his navigational ability as a regular orienteering. He lives with his wife and two children in Kildare.
Marina Kelly

Marina Kelly is a Personal Insolvency Practitioner, authorised by the Insolvency Service of Ireland and has been working with Rebate Insolvency Solutions since the inception of the Company in 2013. Marina commenced her financial career with Aviva in 2003 working in the life and pensions department. She relocated to Kildare in 2006 and began working with Rebate Financial Solutions where she advanced her financial career, having qualified as a Qualified Financial Adviser and APA Debt Management which lead her to her position within Rebate Insolvency Solutions, as a Personal Insolvency Practitioner where she has proceeded to work in a fast, upscaling environment. Marina provides clients with exceptional professional service with absolute confidentially and has an in-depth knowledge of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 to 2015. In her free time, she enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family.
